◼️Assumes the President's responsibilities when needed

◼️Oversees child safety and vilification prevention initiatives

◼️Manages bus scheduling and calendar coordination

◼️Oversees key allocation + ground usage + post season clean up

SECRETARY

◼️Prepares meeting agendas

◼️Communicates with all parties

◼️Documents and publishes meeting minutes

◼️Books venues for training sessions and events

◼️Manages social media, website updates, and document storage

◼️Establishes and maintains the season calendar including cleaning calendar

◼️Ensures compliance with relevant safety standards and accreditations (e.g., WWCC, First Aid, RSA, concussion protocols)

TREASURER

◼️Manages financial operations

◼️Presents the Treasurer’s report at each meeting

◼️Distributes awards to team managers

◼️Oversees payments for coaches and players

◼️Coordinates sponsorship efforts, with all committee members assisting in outreach to 2025 sponsors

JUNIOR FOOTBALL COORDINATOR

◼️Liaises junior football coaches

◼️Coordinates with Junior football team managers

◼️Acts as a key contact for vilification and child safety matters

◼️Overseas Auskick Program

OVERSEES
Canteen & canteen roster, Thursday night dinner co-ordinator, Saturday night home meal roster, BBQ roster

CLUB OPERATIONS

◼️Oversees ground and court maintenance

◼️Liaises with external stakeholders (e.g., Ground Committee)

◼️Plans and oversees the maintenance of a new scoreboards

OVERSEES
Ground maintenance crew and New scoreboard team

WOMEN’S FOOTBALL COORDINATOR

◼️Leads fundraising initiatives in collaboration with other committee members

◼️Oversees grant applications and manages the allocation of funds

◼️Coordinates and supports the Women's Football program

◼️Ensures a newsletter is published for each home game

◼️Overseas Thursday night dinners

NETBALL DIRECTOR/NETBALL COORDINATOR

◼️Maintains a detailed job description

◼️Oversees coach selection process

◼️Manages player registrations

◼️Ensures Working With Children (WWC) checks for coaches and team managers

◼️Monitors and maintains equipment

◼️Liaises with the general committee

OVERSEES
 Netball committee and Netball coaches

FOOTBALL DIRECTOR/FOOTBALL COORDINATOR

◼️Liaises with senior men's and junior football coaches

◼️Coordinates with football team managers

◼️Manages the football budget

◼️Oversees football recruitment, including coaching appointments, in collaboration with the Men's Football Committee

◼️Collects Working With Children (WWC) checks from coaches, team managers, and other key volunteers

◼️Develops and maintains by-laws

◼️Overseas presentation nights/days

OVERSEES
